Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ lemon
  • 130g brown sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 240g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • pinch of baking soda
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  • Puree bananas, cover with lemon juice.
  • Mix butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and salt.
  • Add bananas.
  • Add flour, baking powder and bakind soda.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix.
  • Bake at 180° for 40-45 min.

Ingredients
  • 280g Manitoba flour
  • 280g 00 flour
  • 130g water
  • 130g milk
  • 8g dry yeast)
  • 1 egg
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 9g salt
  • 1 ts honey
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 125g chocolate chips
    Instructions
  • Mix honey and vanilla and let it infuse for several hours.
  • Freeze the chocolate chips until needed.
  • Prepare a pre-dough by mixing 95 gr of flour, 100 gr of milk-water mixture, and yeast; let it rise for 40 minutes.
  • Add remaining flour, sugar, milk, and water; mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Add honey, vanilla, egg, and soft butter gradually, kneading until elastic.
  • Add salt and incorporate the chocolate chips.
  • Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise until tripled in size (about 3 hours).
  • Divide the dough into ~45 g pieces and shape into smooth balls.
  • Place on a lined baking tray and let rise again until doubled (about 2 hours).
  • Brush with egg yolk, then bake at 180°C for about 15-18 minutes.
  • Cool on a rack for about 30 minutes before serving.

  • 500ml tomato sauce
  • ½ onion
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 50g parmesan cheese
  • Salt
Instructions
  • Sauté onion and add tomato sauce.
  • Boil pasta and mix with sauce.
  • Make layers of pasta, egg and cheese.
  • Bake at 190° for 25 min.

  • 1 can of black beans
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
  • Slice and sautè the bell pepper.
  • Mash the beans.
  • Mix beans, bread, egg, pepper and oil.
  • Add salt + pepper to taste.
  • Cook patties in oil until lightly browned, 4-6 min per side.
  • Serve on buns and top with fixings.

  • 1tbs sugar
  • 1tbs oil
  • 60ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt
Instructions
  • Sift dry ingredients into a jug and mix.
  • In a bowl whisk the egg, milk and oil.
  • Add wet ingredients into the dry and stir.
  • Cook on the pan until bubbles form on surface.
  • Flip and cook on the other side until browned.

Ingredients for 2
  • 200g pasta of your choice
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • chilli powder to taste
  • olive oil
  • salt
Instructions
  • Sauté onion and carrot in a pan
  • Add sliced pepper and chilli powder.
  • Boil and salt water for the pasta.
  • As the pasta cooks, add tomato sauce to the pan.
  • When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan.
  • Enjoy!

  • 10gr cornstarch
  • 20gr dark cocoa powder
Instructions
  • Mix all ingredients into a saucepan.
  • Cook on lowheat and keep mixing until it reaches preferred density.

  • 350g manitoba flour
  • 250g 00 flour
  • 40g sugar
  • 300ml water
  • 4g active dry yeast
  • 8g salt
  • seeds (sesame, sunflower, etc.)
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  • Work flour, water, sugar and yeast into dough.
  • Add salt, knead until you have an elastic dough.
  • Leave to rise for 2 hours.
  • Divide the dough into 9 parts.
  • Leave to rise for 1 hour.
  • Make holes for each bun.
  • Heat water in a pot with a tbs. of oil.
  • Put the bagels in the water, 2min for each side.
  • Brush surface with beaten egg, cover with seeds.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220º.
