Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- ½ lemon
- 130g brown sugar
- 100g butter
- 240g flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 30g chocolate chips
- baking soda
- salt
Instructions
- Puree bananas, cover with lemon juice.
- Mix butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and salt.
- Add bananas.
- Add flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Bake at 180° for 45 min.
Pasta al forno
Ingredients
- 350g pasta
- 500ml tomato sauce
- ½ onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- 125g mozzarella
- 50g parmesan cheese
- Salt
Instructions
- Sauté onion and add tomato sauce.
- Boil pasta and mix with sauce.
- Make layers of pasta, egg and cheese.
- Bake at 190° for 25 min.
Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 150g sugar
- 200f milk
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- baking powder
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Mix together eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, flour, baking powder.
- Bake at 180° for 20 min.
Chocolate Ricotta Cake
Ingredients
- 250g ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 80g oil
- 80g flour
- 16g baking powder
- 35g cocoa powder
- 140g sugar
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Bake at 180° for 20/25 min.
Waffles
Ingredients
- 140g flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 2 tbs sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 80g vegetable oil
- 110g milk
Instructions
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Whisk and add wet ingredients.
- Pour batter onto waffle iron for 1-2 min.
Chamomille Lemon Buns
Ingredients
- 150ml milk
- 4 loose leaf chamomile tea bags
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 300g strong bread flour
- 25g caster sugar
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tsp fast-action dried yeast
